Destiny Brown
Diagnosed with Type 1 Diabetes at age 4 and High Grade Osteosarcoma at age 17, Destiny Browne is no stranger to the journey of resiliency and strives to find ways to achieve her goals and make a difference in the world, starting at home with the Las Vegas community. Be it through youth diabetic camps or now, through being onboarded on Candlelighter’s Young Adult Advisory Council, Destiny wants to create a space where conversations can be had and adjustments can be made to uplift the voices that can often be overlooked or quiet.
